Yet\, national statistics show that social housing boards are predominantly white\, older and male.  Increasing board diversity can help ensure you put the needs of people from diverse backgrounds at the strategic heart of the organisation and make your governance more effective.  \nThis Tai Pawb seminar will focus on the benefits of increasing board diversity and practical ways you can work to improve diversity at board level.
