DESCRIPTION:An online training session for new and existing Trustees in Cardiff to learn more about best practices in governance\, delivered by C3SC. \nAbout this event\nBeing a Trustee will help new and existing Trustees improve their understanding of best practices in governance. \nThe aims and objectives of the course are that attendees: \n\nUnderstand the key principles of governance\nUnderstand how trustees as a board are collectively responsible and accountable for ensuring that the organisation is well-run\nUnderstand the roles and responsibilities of the Board in good governance\nBe aware of good practice guidance in relation to governance\n\nThe event will be taking place on Zoom and the link will be sent through the day prior to the event. \nParticipants are advised to bring their organisation’s governing document to the session\, if available. \nPlease contact C3SC on 07973 725335 or enquiries@c3sc.org.uk for more information or with any further enquiries.
