SUMMARY:Asset Based Working & Time Credits in Support Planning
DESCRIPTION:FREE\, FULLY FUNDED SPACES TO WORKERS IN CARDIFF & THE VALE ONLY.   Lunch is not provided \nSummary: In this half-day session we explore and develop an understanding of how you incorporate Time Credits in to your support planning and work in a more asset based way that creates coproduced\, supportive environments for your client group. \n We will cover: \n\nNeeds of clients and service mapping\nAsset based support planning\nHow to use Time Credits to create meaningful change\nEmbedding Time Credits in to service design\n\nThis training will be delivered by Spice Innovations Ltd\, an organisation that develops local time based currencies. Spice has recently been commissioned by the Cardiff & Vale University Health Board to embed Time Credits into substance misuse services throughout the area. If Time Credits are not in your service yet\, they will be soon. This training will give every support worker a good understanding of what to expect and how to utilise the currency in order to drive impact within client support planning.\n \n“This training made me think about how to highlight client skills in my support plans.
