DESCRIPTION:The Equality and Human Rights Commission’s Annual Equality and Human Rights Exchange Conference will focus on the workforce and is entitled ‘A workforce for the future – challenges and opportunities’. \nKeynote Speakers: \n\nDavid Robinson OBE\, Chair of the National Early Action Taskforce and Senior Adviser to Community Links.\nKaryn McCluskey\, Director Scottish Violence Reduction Unit.\nAlison Phillips\, Chief Executive Public Services Staff Commission.\nNew digital story and resources on creating faith friendly workplaces.\n\nAfter attending this conference delegates will: \n\nbe clear about the employment challenges we face for the next five years\nunderstand the kind of leadership required to progress equality and human rights\nhave some insight into how to move equality onto a preventative agenda\nunderstand how to create more faith friendly workplaces\nhave explored how equality can be built into public service reform\nhave met the new EHRC Wales Commissioner and heard their vision for the Commission.\n\n      Attendance at the conference is free.
