DESCRIPTION:  \nThis is a very interactive workshop which enables participants to discuss issues concerning Equality and Diversity\, and learn from each other as well as from the workshop facilitator. \nWhy attend? \nDespite many steps forward in the field of discrimination over the last 50 years\, we still have a long way to go to create a fair society. As far as organisations are concerned there is a lot that can be done to improve diversity practice.
