SUMMARY:Action Learning Sets
DESCRIPTION:This course consists of four ½-day sessions. The other dates are Wednesday 5 June\, Tuesday 25 June and Wednesday 17 July 2013 (all from 10am to 1pm). \nAim: \nTo train practitioners in the principles and practical skills needed to set up\, develop and facilitate action learning sets. \nContent:   \nWould you like to enhance your learning by being able to reflect with colleagues on current work issues? Action Learning Sets offer this opportunity in a safe and positive environment. \nOver the four half-day sessions you will learn what Action Learning Sets are and how to set one up for your own situation. The group will come together as a real Action Learning Set and over the sessions you will support each other\, having a real opportunity to put the theory into practice.
