Understand what makes a good leader and how we can develop strong leadership skills.
Explore ways that we can develop respect and how to motivate and inspire a workforce through a shared vision. Develop key skills to enable strong leadership. Examples include communication styles, influencing models, giving and receiving feedback, speedy problem solving and conflict resolution and negotiation

- Fundraisers need leadership skills in order to be successful. Whether leading staff or volunteers, or simply championing a function internally – respect, leadership and credibility are vital skills for fundraisers to master. In this interactive, informal and relaxed workshop, we will explore and develop key leadership skills enabling participants to garner respect and inspire and motivate others to achieve a common vision
